Savage Brothers has been working with the Toyota Production System Support Center (TSSC) on a project to reduce lead times for one of our most popular machines, the Firemixer-14 Table Top Cooker. Through the use of Toyota Production System (TPS) tools, the Firemixer-14 is now ready to ship within days (if not the same day) of receiving an order compared to its previous 8+ week lead time.
