I wanna state for the record, even though I shouldn't because it's right there in the title, but this is a stop-motion test footage Toho scrapped for the 1989 film "Godzilla Vs. Biollante." I have done this sound edit before, but now showcasing it with an HD footage that has recently surfaced online.
