In my video, I talk about how biking and walking contribute to our active lifestyle and mental health. It inspires people to use active transportation because not only do we get the physical and mental benefits, but we also reduce the number of air pollutants and have a better sense of community. It’s extremely important to address active transportation and for kids to have a basic knowledge of road/bike rules because it’ll help them incorporate healthy habits and decisions throughout their lives. It’s also important to motivate children to use active transportation because it comes with many benefits and experiences along the way.
