Update from here: I'm officially a licensed PA REALTOR & it's actually so crazy watching this back now that I FINISHED the course (was one of the hardest periods of my life balancing school, work, & life) But this is your sign to do it if you're thinking about a career change, especially if you're a little older. It's never too late!!
