Dr Francis Fabri, the Permanent Secretary of State for the Ministry of Education and Employment in Malta, welcomes delegates and participants to the beautiful Mediterranean island of Malta for the inaugural IVETA Europe Regional Conference on "Revaluing TVET" from May 9 to 11, 2019.
The Conference is organised jointly by Warnborough College, UK and Mater Boni Consilii St Joseph School in Paola, Malta.
