Done in 27 segments, one for each level.
Played with mods: dhewm3 and dhewm3_unlockedfps. I played at 240fps for the most part except a few levels like Delta Labs 3 where I played on either 60fps and 120fps to make platforming on railings possible. The dhewm3 mod doesn’t really tamper with the base game. I only installed it to play the game at more than 60fps, and holy hell, is it amazing to run Doom 3 so smoothly.
You might notice the oxygen in some levels is running out faster than normal. That is sometimes the side effect of playing the game at more than 60fps.
Unfortunately, I do take damage once in the run in Recycling during a scripted event, but that can’t be avoided because there is no known way of skipping it.

This No Damage Speedrun was inspired by “ta de hack ctz”, a Youtube channel where I stumbled upon a No Damage Playthrough of Doom 3. I thought it would be a good challenge to do a speedrun with the same theme, and initially I wanted to speedrun the BFG Edition single segment without taking any damage, but quickly realised that this would require an insane amount of precision, flawless movement, and most of all, luck. I think it is possible to pull off, but the amount of time it would take further deterred me from committing to it.

So I decided to perform each level individually, and even grinding it like this took quite some time to beat a few levels. Doing it segmented meant I could also implement some riskier strategies, especially in shorter levels, which would save me some time but also give me some style points. Enjoy watching.
