Matar Gosht Recipe ingredients
Chicken boneless 350 grams
Matar(green peas). 1 cup
Cooking oil. 1/4 cup
tomato(tamatar) chopped. 1 large.
Onion Chopped (piyaz). 1 medium
Green chilli (hari mirch) 2 whole
Red chilli powder(lal mirch). 3/4 tsp
Salt (namak)to taste
Turmeric powder(Haldi). 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds powder(safer zeera) 1/2 tsp
All spice powder (garam masala). 1/4 tsp
Garlic & ginger(adrak lehsan). 1 tbsp

1)Pot mein oil dal ker garam honay dein.
2)Zeera shamil kerne ke bad chopped piyaz aur adrak lehsan shamil ker ke bhoon lein yahan tak ke piyaz light brown ho jaye,
3)Chicken shamil ker ke gosht ka color change ho jane tak bhoonte rahein.
4)Ab chicken mein saray masalay shamil ker ke 2 minute tak pakayein aur timatar shamil ker dein.
5)2 mint tamatr ko bhoon ker pot ko cover ker ke 5 mint tak halki se darmiyani aanch per pakne dein.
6)panch mint bad Dhakan hata ke matar shamil ker ke 2 mint bhoon lein.
7)Ab us mein apni marzi ke mutabiq jitni gravy rakhna chahein us ke mutabiq pani dal ker pakne dein yahan tak ke matar aur chicken gal jaye.
