In the delightful town of Pinhao, Livinia spent a tranquil afternoon kayaking past terraced vineyards and sprawling estates. Croft Winery at Quinta da Roeda vineyards is one of the oldest and most spectacular, and after a hike through the vines, Livinia learnt that they still use traditional winemaking methods. A lesson in grape-stomping was followed by a tasting of their rosé port wine.
