You can make all kinds of flavored sugars, but the classic, and the one I always keep on hand is vanilla. Some countries used to have a hard time getting liquid vanilla (because of the alcohol content) so this is an amazing way to still get that strong vanilla flavor
the longer you "soak" the sugar the better and stronger the flavor!
