This is the Alliance version of the Armored Brown Bear from Mei Frances in Dalaran... the only difference in this and the Horde version is the color of the armor. Alliance get blue armor, Horde have brown armor. This is an achievement mount, meaning you get an achievement when you obtain the mount. All you gotta do is plop down 650 gold and you can ride off into the sunset on your new bear!
