Ploshchad Revolyutsii metro station is one of the most beloved stations of the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line of the Moscow Metro.
The station was opened on March 13, 1938.
The decoration of the station consists of 76 bronze figures set in arches.
This is the work of Matvey Manizer.
There are 20 images of Soviet people, 2 on each side of the two platforms, except for the first arches - there is one figure of pioneers.
