Snow pudding 🍰

Ingredients

2 egg
1/3 cup  + 1 tsp sugar

Only 2 ingredients needed for this yummy 😋 recipe

Preperation
~~~~~~~~
* Caramelize 1 tsp sugar in a pan at low flame 🔥
* Add the caramel to the mould and spread evenly
* Seperate the egg white nd remove yolk
* Beat the egg white to get as stiff
* add the mix above the caramel in mould
* Steam it for 10-15mints
