@cousinsmainelobster I do believe the concept is interesting, and the appeal of a Maine lobster roll is being brought to my back door in Florida. We sampled the at-home lobster roll kit for $110. The prices vary, I guess, depending on the market or the food truck. I have seen others that cost $95 for one pound and $175 for two pounds. We tried the one-pound box for $110, of course. The one-pound box makes six lobster rolls, and the two-pound box makes twelve. So check out the video and see the packaging and how it is made. Also, the attendant at the food truck did give us directions on how to cook and prepare the lobster rolls. It is traditionally served cold. We enjoyed them with a little heat.
