Sometimes, we get complaint from the end users that the tiles from the same box has different shades Or they look different. We would like to assure all our customers that there is a very tiny chance that the box opened will have 2 different shades of tiles when its PRESIDENT CERAMIC product as we make all our products with strict quality control under the supervision of experienced technicians.
Generally, our eyes tend to have an illusion of the light reflected from the surface of the tiles giving us the illusion of shade variation. Especially in polished tiles where the colors of the tiles are grey, white + when the designs has the marble look . Through this video, we would like to demonstrate to our customers how to check if there really is a shade variation between the tiles.
