THIS OUR FAN PROJECT THAT WAS INSPECTED IN SEPTEMBER, THIS WAS ONE OF THE DISTRESSED PROPERTY PURCHASED BY ONE OF OUR FANS. YOU TOO CAN DO IT
What we have done so far is to construct all the pillars and columns round the house to carry the weight. We have over 23 pillars in all so the Decking will not be distressed.
You can also see that the Plumbing conduit was done from foundation and also 3 coaches of 9 inches blocks round on top the Lintel and places where we have used 2 coaches we will be putting concrete beams round to sustain the weight of the decking.
You will pick a lot of lessons from this and apply thins in your projects. You too can do it.
