One of the biggest worries of novice travellers is how to catch a connecting flight. Once you check in at your original destination they will print you out your separate tickets for each connecting flight. You can also double check with the check in staff that your luggage will be going to your final destination.
Always check before departing that you don’t need a transit visa for a connecting country
Once you disembark the aircraft, simply follow the signs for connections/departure lounge. If you have already been given all your tickets for each leg of the journey, you do not need to re-check in at your connecting airports. Just simply walk straight to the departure lounge.
There are normally signs pointing passengers either to arrivals/baggage claim or connecting flights/departure lounge.
Some airports may make it tricky, asking passengers to go through here and there. IF in doubt, ask someone.
If your original flight is delayed, meaning you will miss your connecting flight, you will be directed to get on an alternative flight at no extra cost to you. It is the airlines fault, so just go up to customer services and ask what the deal is if your airline has not told you.
