How to make the Ketel One Vodka Apple Fizz at home
Method:
● 50ml Ketel One Vodka
● 35ml apple cordial (see below how to make)
● Pour over ice into a glass and top up with soda and lightly stir
● Garnish with leftover apple
Apple cordial method:
● Juice 3x apples
● Sieve through a thin table cloth into a measuring jug
● Dissolve dessert spoon of honey into juice
● ½ teaspoon citric acid and pinch of salt
