Phelan attempts to sort out Billy by giving rough words. Phelan lashes out at Billy and tells him to get on his knee. Phelan yelling Billy and shaking Billy, stands up to Billy over what he thinks. Phelan warns Billy as Elieen and Summer turn up with the Bishop. They tells Billy that he will get help with a visit to rehab.
