On to a first on this channel: The German IC2; a couple of German IC trains which simply said are the double decker classes of the DB Intercity range.

Together with a double decker EMU built by Stadler, this push-pull set by Bombardier completes the range of IC2 trains of DB. Several different locomotives push or pull this, for 100m/ph or 160 km/h designed set, but for today it's the TRAXX Baureihe 146 doing the heavy work! Painted (- or stickered, I don't know 😂) in the sleek DB Intercity livery, we see her charging through the station of Stadthagen in the direction of Hannover.
