CHIFFON CAKE
1 ¼ cup cake flour - 6
½ tbsp baking powder - 1
½ tsp salt - 0.10
½ cup white sugar - 5
4 egg yolks (large) - 28
¼ cup vegetable oil - 4
½ cup evaporated milk - 8.44
½ tsp vanilla extract - 0.50

MERINGUE
6 egg white (large) - price included sa egg sa chiffon cake
½ tsp cream of tartar - 1
¼ cup white sugar - 2.50

YEMA FROSTING
4 egg yolks (large eggs) - 28
½ can evaporated milk - 12.50
1 can (380g) cowbell condensed milk - 30
120 ML all purpose cream - 27.50
1 tbsp cornstarch - 0.30
½ tsp vanilla extract - 0.50
1 ½ tbsp butter or margarine - 3.69
½ of 165G Daily Quezo (toppings) - 19
