NUP President Robert Kyagulanyi today returned to Arua district five years after incidents of violence that ended in the death of his driver Yasin Kawuma. Kyagulanyi and members of the party were on a mobilisation drive which has seen them traverse different regions of the country for the past two and a half weeks. He told Arua that the absence of basic services like electricity and high taxes has resulted in slow development of the area.
