Rise Dinner Buffet Marina Bay Sands Singapore. Rise is the international buffet restaurant of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel Singapore located at the ground level. Dinner buffet costs SGD 68++ ($US 55.00) per person and offers a wide selection of chilled seafood, sushi, sashimi, cold cuts, cheese, salad, chinese food and a carving station. While impressive, we still prefer the buffet of Sofitel Philippine Plaza which has unlimited foie gras!
