Winnipeg police say a video showing two officers fatally shooting a man on Sunday only reveals part of the encounter. In the video, officers are seen pointing their weapons at a man holding something in his hand before they fire. Police say an officer was hospitalized after the man stabbed him in the throat; he is now in stable condition.
