Showcasing ingredients packaged in Tetra Recart cartons, I’m cooking with Tetra Pak at the Anuga FoodTec 2018 conference in Cologne. I cooked with Chef Pete who really opened my eyes as to the benefits of using Tetra Recart cartons whilst cooking, as well as the recycling benefits of the packaging.
I also spoke with vice president, Anders Lindgren, who explained the filling, packaging and processing elements of a Recart carton, and how it’s lifecycle is so much better for the environment than its rival tin can.
