Building big arms requires lots of volume and this simple but brutal finisher superset will help you do just that.
Use a pair of Dumbbells or a Barbell w/ a weight you can do for 15-20 reps.
Begin w/ 15 Hindu Pushups
Then perform 100 Biceps Curls, broken up any way you want, but every time you stop, perform an additional 15 Hindu Pushups. Once you reach 100, finish with a final set of 15 Hindu Pushups.
Perform entire circuit with as little rest as possible.
