people were saying how all lives matter,
I understand that but black lives matter here and now,
because we feel like we're
marginalized. We feel that opportunities
aren't the same as standing next to a
white person.

To have one black captain,
in a major tournament for the the
whole time that England's been running,
there's something that obviously isn't
right with the system.

There's been so many people that say it's
better now than it was before.
"oh it's not as bad as it used to be"...
That's not good enough!

The power of social media today means that you can create movements
and you can create change. Marcus Rashford is a fine example of that for these
players going forward. If you push and you've got a message and
you can execute it properly you can
create change at a government level.

I don't want kids to just think
'oh I want to be a right-back like Trent,
I wanna cross the ball like Trent'.
I want them to be looking at me and thinking,
'he's got the right values
he believes in the right things.
He's got the rights ethics and beliefs'.

It's a wonderful powerful image that's being beamed around the world.
A statement that we are all in it together.
