The Enforcement Directorate probe into alleged BMC COVID scam is intensifying. The probe agency has summoned Sanjeev Jaiswal for questioning. He was Additional Commissioner of the civic body when the alleged scam took place. Now this comes day after the Enforcement Directorate raided 15 locations in Mumbai and Thane investigating people linked to the alleged fraud. Uddhav camp which was in power when the alleged scam took place has questioned the double standards of the probe agency. Uddhav Sena MP Sanjay Raut has said "Why ED is trying to probe what happened in the past. It is ignoring scams taking place under the present government?"
