2003 Lakewood 20'' Box Fan Model 101 in white finish. I found this fan in the trash, and I only took it for the motor. Like I noted in the title, this fan is a complete P.O.S, and is only still around because I wanted to video it before I stripped it down to fix my Rain Guard box fan.
