*Chili INGREDIENTS*
1 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 Tbsp light chili powder mix
2 tsp dehydrated minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp beef bouillon powder
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
10 oz can Rotel
15 oz can Ranch-style beans
1 cup beef broth
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch with 3 Tbsp cold water
salt & pepper to taste
*Cornbread INGREDIENTS*
1 1/2 cup self-rising yellow corn meal mix
1 cup self-rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 large eggs
start with 1 cup buttermilk, add more if needed
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
*2 to 2.5 quart baking dish or pan, Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes*
