Here are examples from our work with the doctors and nurses at the St. Jude Fullerton hospital expansion project. The "end users" were asked to review multiple room types in 3D and request any necessary changes. The goal of the exercise was to have the end users completely satisfied with their work space so there would be zero change orders on the project. As you will see in the video, we were able to use real-time modeling to help the end users visualize their changes and see why certain elements needed to remain. This is a different type of coordination meeting, but as you can see, it yielded extraordinary results. Not only did we meet our goal of zero change orders, but the doctors and nurses appreciated designing better work spaces.
In-wall coordination and real-time modeling are two pieces of Vico's Coordination Resolution service. To learn more, please review more detailed information here [ Ссылка ]
