YOU NEED:
Kashkaval Cheese, grated
Creamy Feta Cheese, grated
Young White Cheese, slightly tangy, grated (try goats cheese, cream cheese, or a ricotta)
Passata (or tomato sauce of choice)
Oregano to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste (for the sauce, if needed)
FOR THE PITA:
2 Cups Self Rising Flour
1 Cup Plain Yoghurt
Tsp. Salt (optional)
Sesame Seeds (plenty to cover)
Melted Butter or Margarine
