Delicious and easy pumpkin flan

Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla extract

for the caramel
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water

How to make pumpkin pie spice

2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground all spices
(NOTE: makes more than 1 teaspoon. Only take 1 tsp for the recipe)
