Travel Vlog of our 9-day trip to #Uzbekistan with English subtitles. In this vlog we show you all the places we visited, where we stayed and how we moved around between the sites. Being vegetarians, we also show you what the options are for vegetarians when travelling around the country. We also try to present the history behind the sites in as concise form as possible. This was the first time I spoke Russian on camera. Hope I did not murder the language beyond recognition.

Day 1: #Chimgan Mountains located two hours of Tashkent and is an #UNESCO #WorldHeritageSite
Day 2: #Fergana Valley visiting the birthplace of #Babur, the #Mughal emperor. Visit the top site of Khanate of Kokand. Khudayar Khan Palace in Kokand.
Day 3: City sites of #Tashkent - the wonderful metro stations, the 16th century Hazrati Imam Complex, the brand new Minor Mosque and the century old Assumption #Cathedral.
Day 4: Sites of the ancient #SilkRoad city of #Samarkand - #Registan, #ShahiZinda, #BibiKhanum Mosque, #GurEAmir and #Afrosiab Museum
Day 5: Visit #Shahrisabz, the birthplace of Amir #Timur and what remains of his magnificent palace #AkSaray
Day 6: Sites of the ancient #SilkRoad city of #Bukhara - Ark, Kalyan Mosque & Minaret, Bolo-Haouz and Islam Samani
Day 7: Visit the Desert Castles of #Khorezm. Forts that date from 7th c BC built by the #Greeks, #Kushans and #Khorezm kings
Day 8: Sites of the ancient #SilkRoad city of #Khiva - #KaltaMinar, #ToshHovli, #IslomKhoja Minar and other sites of #IchanQala
Day 9: Day trip to #Karakalpakistan - #Savitsy Museum in #Nukus, #Chilpaq Qala and #Mizdahkan #Necropolis
