Ingredients
8 oz. soften butter
2 1/4 cups flour
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 cups fruit puree
1/2 cup red label wine or any red wine of choice
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1tsp salt
1 tsp mixed spice
1tsp cardamom
1tbsp baking powder
1tsp nutmeg
1tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp. browning

Tip: if you don't like a sweet cake cut the sugar in half because the puree fruits are super sweet and will make up for the sugar you left out
