4 or 3 Barramundi fillet
1tbsp.olive oil
1 sliced lemon
salt and pepper
chilli sliced
ginger
spring onion
cilantro
Method:
Preheat oven to 220°C
Lay out aluminium foil and brush olive oil lightly
Place a fish on each foil sheet with lemon salt and pepper.
Lay some lemon, ginger, spring onion and chilli over the fish .
Baked for 25 mins.
Sprinkle some cilantro leaves over the fish and some fresh green spring onion.
Serve with steam green veggies or any veggies you'll prepared.
