Here is the Bengali style spicy delicious niramish doi potol (no onion and no garlic). doi potol or dahi parwal can be served with hot steamed rice, roti, paratha etc.
Ingredients:

green chili - 3
poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
curd - 3 tbsp
bay leaf - 1
cinnamon stick - 1 inch
dry red chili - 1
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
cardamom - 2
ginger paste - 1 tbsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
cumin powder - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
salt
sugar
ghee
oil
