This is an easy to follow how to guide for insulating internal walls. It will get rid of cold spots on walls and reduce condensation and mould build up.
In this video I am applying ultrotherm insulation panels to the inside of an external wall and a chimney breast. The aim is to keep the inside of the wall warm and prevent mould and mildew from forming.
