The guitar amp was recorded with a Stereo Matched Pair of Royer R-10 Ribbon Microphones (placed about 6 inches higher than the top of the amp and angled down slightly toward the top of the speaker cone about 16 inches away) going into an Apogee Duet and iMac running GarageBand.
The voice was recorded with a Heil PR-40 microphone going into a Firewire Apogee Duet (using a Firewire to Thunderbolt adaptor) and iMac running GarageBand. I'm using a RØDE PSA1 Broadcast Microphone Boom Arm and a pair of AIAIAI TMA-2 Modular Headphones for monitoring.
