Introducing the new multi-pattern manual handheld laser surface cleaning model LPC-200-CTH to be incorporated in the CleanTech™ product line. CleanTech laser products are used for surface preparation, paint removal, and surface cleaning. The newly released CleanTech systems offer a non-abrasive cleaning process that is safer and more eco-friendly.
Laser cleaning is a process that removes debris, contaminants, dirt, or impurities (e.g. silicon cleaning, rubber cleaning, coating cleaning, carbon cleaning, etc) from material surfaces by using laser irradiation. The benefits of using a laser cleaner are that it is extremely environmentally-friendly, has low maintenance and implementation costs, and has widespread applications, and can be used in almost any global industry.
The multi-pattern manual handheld laser surface cleaning model LPC-200-CTH allows the end-user to remove rust, paint, anodization, and other surface materials without leaving overlapping patterns that are typically a result in singular line cleaning pattern systems currently used. Most other systems offer a single line sweeping pattern that leaves materials with undesirable overlapping finishes along with surface damage. The multi-pattern handheld laser surface cleaning model LPC-200-CTH is can be used for industrial applications, like; decontaminating holding tanks at nuclear plants, injection molds, power turbine generator components, and various exhaust systems where maintaining the surface finish is critical.
Industrial cleaning is applicable in nearly every industry and can be applied to glass, ceramics, metals, concrete, plastics, and much more. Laser cleaning is a non-contact, environmentally friendly process for removal of surface coating from metals, concrete and delicate substrates such as composites – with minimal impact on the base material. Laser Photonics’ portable system expands the cleaning from the floor to the field. Industrial laser cleaning and surface removal can be applied to surfaces of bridges, aircraft, large vehicles, trains, cleaning tire remolds, laser mold cleaning, etc.–in addition to small parts and sensitive materials.
