The hard border between Western Australia and the rest of the country has been removed seven months after Premier Mark McGowan isolated the state because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Travellers from most states and territories will no longer need a special exemption to enter WA.
However, those from New South Wales and Victoria will still have to self quarantine for a fortnight.
