Have you guys seen any of those awesome pics out there where they have a halo or something like that in the air and wondered how they took that shot? Well in this video I show you how to use a light attached to your drone and a dark setting to be able to get some awesome pictures like those ones to spice up your IG feed! And all your friend jealous that you have such a cool shot and they don't!
Don't feel like watching? That's cool! I got chu!
How to drone light paint to get Drone halos:
Have a bright light that is able to be attached to your drone!
Also have a drone! Any kind is fine as long as it can do loops in a good form is fine!
Have a camera and set it to long exposure! If you're shooting by yourself have it on timer and also multiple shots or time lapse once it goes off.
Have a dark enough environment so that you can shoot a long exposure (In this video I had the camera on f8-12).
Set up the shot and put the drone up with the light on it and set it up to fly around a radius with the light on the underside at it brightest.
Make sure that the drone tail and drone lights are off as this will give better shot!
Grab your camera and start the shot and get into frame and wait for the drone to make a rotation before changing pose and repeat this process until you get the desired shot!
