Here is a before and after sound comparison of an RV6 V2 J-Pipe that has been installed on a 2013 Acura TL SH-AWD 6 speed manual transmission.

As you can hear, the J-pipe produces a deeper tone, but not too noticeable while revving, but noticeable when driving. As far as gains go, I couldn't give you an official number since I didn't dyno after installing, but throttle response does feel a bit better.
