Here I review an ink by Noodler's, by the title of "X-Feather" (an ultra-dark Black ink, with utterly no shading, and noticeably-wet flow). Here-in may be found my own thoughts and opinions on the matter, as well as some test results I have for (among other factors) water-resistance on Clairefontaine, Fabriano, Rhodia, Tomoe River, Copier Paper, Mead Notebook Paper, and Moleskine papers; and using both a Pilot Metropolitan with a (Japanese) Medium nib, and a JinHao X450 with a fairly-Broad-fairly-wet nib as pens for these tests/experiments.
