I take a whole lamb and butcher it down, piece by piece, with care and skill to cook the meat in a cast iron pot by my best recipe! Pro tip is: let it cook slowly until it is so tender it melts in your mouth! This is a true test of my ability to handle the meat and get the best flavor out of it!🔥
