Open Dialogues on Climate Change (ODCC) will be a series of meetings of various stakeholders including government and representatives of diverse communities (political parties, NGOs, scientists, youth, civil society), where they will be able to discuss a range of topics more or less directly related to climate change, exchange their ideas and come up with some specific political proposals. The Dialogues will take place in different countries, with a goal of producing relevant political and social outcomes both on the national and international levels. The idea is based on equality, its purpose is to allow a truly open discussion of all social groups without hierarchy or any other limitations.
