Back to taking a relaxed re-familiarisation flight in the wonderful A2A Simulations Accu-sim P-51D Mustang (Civ).
We take off from NZMF Milford Sound, a quite beautiful part of the world, and head across the mountains and valleys to NZQN Queenstown.
I don't fly the P-51D as often as I would like to and need to make sure I take trips like this to keep in touch with how she flies.
Please note this is in no way a tutorial video or in anyway intended to show 'how its done'. The runway runs out quickly when you are trying to be gentle with the beast that is the power of the Mustang!
Scenery is ORBX Milford Sound, Queenstown and NZ South Island.
