This is one to impress your friends; start with 600g flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and mix to a rough dough before covering with film. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and roll 6-8 balls from the mixture. Using a rolling pin, flatten out each piece to the width of a 5p coin. Now they're ready for the oven - we used a pizza oven but a cast iron frying pan or hot grill should do the trick. Flip over when one side has risen and turned golden brown and repeat with the other side. The hard part is choosing what to dip your fresh flatbreads in! We chose greek salad and tzatziki and can confirm, it's delicious.
