Downtown Massillon just got its first gallery. It's called "Thirteenth Floor" and it hosted a grand opening party on Saturday July 17, 2010. Billy Ludwig is the man behind it. Massillon has had a great tradition of public art murals and live music, but this is the gallery it's been waiting for sooooo long. Congrats! The artists are being turned loose on Massillon!
