After using Galaxy Watch for long time period, rotating bezel must getting stuck rotating it, easy way to clean it and get back the smoothness.

w can use small amount of perfume or can use the after shave on cotton bud for cleaning.

Try to be gentle on removing and cleaning the rotating bezel.

Be careful taking care of four tiny balls which is basically a rotatory system and help to rotate screen by moving rotating bezel.
