Run by 2* Michelin Chef Shinji Kanesaka, the 18 course set menu carries a hefty price tag, but is the most authentic omakase experience you'll get outside of Japan. Everything in the room is even imported directly from Japan! Here's a flavour of what we tried:

It also has an unusual dress code, asking visitors not to wear perfume, as it can interfere with the delicate flavours of the dishes.
